The mandatory fields are marked as such because the information they contain is necessary for us to process your order or to look into the matter you have contacted us about. We use the data you provide to process your order and to answer your questions. After the completion of your order, the processing of your data will be restricted; and, after the retention periods specified in the tax and accounting regulations have expired, the data will be deleted, unless you have given your express consent to the further use of your data or we reserve the right, under the applicable law, to further use the data, in which case we inform you in this statement.

 

2. Data transfer

To process your order, we will only transfer your data to the courier or transport company handling the delivery if this is necessary for the delivery of the goods you ordered.

Upon withdrawal of your consent, we will delete the data you have given us for this purpose unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data for other purposes or unless we reserve the right to further use the data in cases permitted under law, in which case we will inform you in this declaration.
